Malle Painting is a locally owned company in the Portland area. The owner, Ismael Cisneros, spent years in painting, construction, and remodeling before he opened the business. He still works on the jobs himself. Interior painting, exterior house painting, and cabinet painting are the jobs people call about most.
What we do
Most people hire us for exterior house painting, interior painting, or cabinet painting in Portland and Beaverton. We also stain decks, fix drywall, pressure wash, and put up gutters when that is part of the job.
Interior painting
We can paint one room or a whole floor. Furniture and floors get covered so the house stays usable while we work.

Kitchen and bathroom cabinets can be painted instead of replaced. It is usually cheaper, and the doors look new when we are done.

Ismael Cisneros
Ismael learned painting, construction, and remodeling over a lot of years on other people's jobs, then started Malle Painting so he could run the work his own way. He is usually on site, not only in the office. When he has a day off he is with his family, camping, or traveling.

- How much does it cost to paint a house in Portland?
- It depends on the size of the house, whether the work is inside or outside, and how much prep the surfaces need. Moss, peeling paint, and repairs all change the number. Ismael looks at the house, then we send a written estimate. Photos help us get started. They are not enough for a final price.
- How do I get an estimate?
- Fill out the form or call (503) 519-4868. Tell us the address and what you want painted. Photos of the rooms or siding help if you have them.
- Can you paint the outside of a house when it is raining?
- No. Exterior paint needs dry weather. In Portland that often means we wait for a stretch of dry days. Interior painting and cabinet painting can happen any time of year.
- Are you licensed in Oregon?
- Yes. Malle Painting, LLC is licensed with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board, CCB# 210273.
- Do you paint offices and shops?
- Yes. We paint offices, small shops, and franchise stores. We can work around the hours the building is open.
- What are your hours?
- Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Friday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Saturday and Sunday we are closed unless we set an appointment.
